Electro Magnetic Flowmeter
-
The flow and volume will be displayed at the electronic transmitter
-
No disturbance or restriction of flow
-
No moving parts - no wear and tear, virtually no pressure loss
-
Insensitive to fluid density, temperature, pressure, viscosity
-
Can be used for different types of conductive liquids (calibration with water required)
Applications: flow and energy measurement for water based liquids, (conductive liquids)
Ultrasonic Clamp-On Flowmeter
for permanent installation
Ultrasonic Clamp-On Flowmeter series measure the velocity of a wide range of liquids and pipe sizes up to 5000 mm diameter with high accuracy and reliability to calculate the volume flow. The clamp-on transducer with a high quality PEI sensor can be easily connected outside the pipe during flow operation without interruption of the pipe flow. No pipe cutting or adjustment is required. Maintenance is low as there are no moving parts involved in the non-intrusive ultrasonic measuring process.
for portable installation
The Schmierer SEA UFP1.0 portable clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeter is the ideal flow measurement tool for short or long-term monitoring of several flow points, data logging and verification of buit-in flowmeters.
The transducers are easily set up and can be used for pipe sizes from DN 25 to 5000. The ergonomically designed handheld transmitter comes with a metal protection case against corrosion and a backlit color digital display. The recharchable battery lasts for 12 hours of continuous operation.
Vortex Flowmeter
Vortex Flowmeters measure the volumetric flow of fluids (gases, vapors, liquids) in closed pipes. It is based on the Vortex shedding principle, (or Karman Vortex Effect). The fluid passing through the measuring tube is separated by a triangular prism with a broad flat front and generates two lines of eddies or vortices, the Karman Vortex shedding street. The vortex shedding frequency is proportional to the flow rate.It is detected by a sensor with 4 piezo-electric elements and converted into an electronic output signal.
