Sales Engineer
Sales Support and Administrative Duties:
- Perform sales support and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Logistics, in their activities.
- Monitor sales orders, production schedules, and customer inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with internal logistics teams and external agencies to manage imports, shipments, and customs clearance.
- Handle customer and vendor requests, addressing feedback promptly.
- Arrange business travel for team members as needed.
- Support the team in preparing reports and proposals.
