About Rheonik

Products & Features

Rheonik Coriolis mass flow meters use a unique, patented "Omega" tube design with torsion rods and mass bars to directly measure mass flow, density, and temperature with high accuracy for gases and liquids.

  • Omega Tube Design: The distinctive "omega" shape of the measuring tubes is optimized for torsion, enhancing sensitivity and mechanical reliability.
  • Coriolis Force Measurement: Driven by electromagnetic coils, the tubes oscillate. As fluid flows through, the Coriolis force deflects the tubes, creating a phase shift (time delay) between the sensors, which is directly proportional to mass flow.

Key Benefits:

  • High-Pressure & High-Temperature Capability: Designed to operate under extreme conditions (e.g., -200°C to 400°C and 900+ bar).
  • Versatile Applications: Suitable for liquids, sludge, and gases.
  • High Accuracy: Suitable for custody transfer (OIML/NTEP).
  • Robustness: Excellent performance with entrained gas and high-viscosity materials.
  • Wide Rangeability: 100:1 turndown ratio is common.
