Rotary paddle level switch ELF

The Ensim ELF Rotary Paddle level switch series for level control in solid particulate material silos and tanks.With different types of probes and paddle forms,a full and empty signal can be received in a secure level control. The probe can be connected horizontally or vertically. Ex proof models available.

Working Principle:

At the end of the probe level of the motor level switch that can be mounted on the tank wall,the materials is selected according to material.The probe rotates continuously with the number of the revolutions of the motor.The material to be sensed reaches the level of the pallet and forms a counter-force against the rotation that occupies the environment.First the level information alarm contact is activated.Then the other contact is activated and stops the motor.According to specific weight of the material,user can adjust the four different torque values.The level of the material at the end of the pallet is thought to occur and the motor starts to rotate again the alarm position changes.
