Monitoring Units for Concentration Measurement of Glycol/Water

Project Description

This cabinet consists of a density meter DIMF 2.0 , a Flowal Plus Model OR06 enclosed in a protective cabinet.

The DIMF 2.0 unit provides precise density and concentration measurements, ensuring that the water/glycol mix is always at the optimal concentration. An OR06 oval wheel meter with MFE (local display) is included for accurate monitoring and control of flow through the measuring unit.The protective cabinet that includes complete pipework, 3-way valves, a flushing device, and more to safeguard the measuring devices.

All components are designed according to intrinsically safety rules for a safe operation in explosive atmospheres, and everything is fully pre-assembled, pressure tested, and function tested before delivery.

We are also capable to customize such installations and modification requests to meet specific needs. Such measurement units can also be combined with our energy flow computer series ERW 700. In such a case this system can take into account the change of heat capacity of the medium resulting from concentration changes, accounting properly the energy flow even though changes in concentration would occur.
