Lightweight Differential Pressure Sensor MUDS

The lightweight MUDS DP Sensor from Mueller IE is designed for the detection of differential pressure in liquid and gaseous media. Typical applications are flow and return in heating systems and the monitoring of filters and compressors:

• Pressure Range: Available in various ranges from 10 mbar up to 100 bar.
• Material: Housing made of pressure- and impact-resistant PBT GF30.
• Measuring Cell: Uses a resistant ceramic measuring cell.
• Connectivity: Supports IO-Link for all variants and various analog outputs (2-wire/3-wire; 4…20 mA, 0…10 VDC).
• Protection: Features optional “Waterhammer” protection (choke) to guard against pressure peaks.

The MUDS is a “wet/wet” differential pressure sensor designed for high-quality, budget-friendly applications in both liquid and gaseous media. It is particularly noted for its lightweight, robust construction using automotive-grade plastic (PBT GF30) and a ceramic measuring cell.
