The T-PH dry block calibrator series from Presys controls temperature of an insert in order to calibrate thermocouples, thermoresistances, glass thermometers, thermoswitches and infrared pyrometers:

The Dry Block Calibrators economic line from Presys perform functions that would require three different types: a dry block, standard thermometer and a calibrator for RTDs, TCs, mA, mV, ohms and thermoswitches for a temperature up to 1200°C.

The super thermometer ST-501 measure temperatured with high accuracy, ( resolution of 0.001 °C).  It uses platinum resistance thermometers sensors and it also accepts standard thermocouples. The digital electronic indicator can be offered complete including the temperature sensor and calibration certificate of the pair.

The PRESYS Digital Multi-Point Indicator/Controller DMY-2015 with up to 12 inputs for monitoring process variables found in industrial plants, such as, flow, level etc.,as well as totalization of voltage and current linear inputs. It has non-volatile internal memory (E2PROM) to store calibration values. Its accuracy is warranted by autocalibration techniques based on a high thermal stability voltage reference.

The Presys PSV Workstations are transportable, compact, digital, and easy to operate stations for the testing and calibration of all sorts of Pressure Safety/Relief Valves in the range of ½” – 10″ and up to 5000 psig (350 bar).

The unique digital registration system allows the automatic detection of the set pressure and the reseating pressure.

The Workstations communicate with the Isoplan® Calibration Software to produce complete documented calibration and test reports.

The Presys PCON Pressure Calibrator Y18 provides a complete solution for test and calibration of pressure gauges, transmitters and pressure switches. Automatic tasks can be easily created and executed to issue a fnal calibration report. It communicates and integrates easily with your existing application or your CMMS computerized maintenance management system.

Many manufacturers recommend Coriolis Mass Flow Meters for density and concentration measurement.

In comparison with Bopp & Reuther DIMF density meters (tuning fork principle) the branded Coriolis devices show several disadvantages:

• lower accuracy and repeatibility
• slower stability with temperature changes
• calibration usually for max. flow accuracy (vs density optimization)
• expensive for big pipe sizes and aggressive chemical applications

Pressure Measurement in highly corrosive chemical environments require special protective measures. Crystallizing or highly viscous process media and high safety applications require special diaphragm seals. But for many aggressive and corrosive chemical applications we now offer our SRU 25 pressure gauges with high grade non-ferrous materials for the wetted parts (socket, bourdon) which are in contact with the process media.

• MONEL: gaseous and liquid aggressive media
• HASTELLOY: highly resistance corrosion alloy for crevice, pitting and stress corrosion
• INCONEL: for high temperature corrosion resistance

For highly corrosive environments we offer phenolic cases to protect the pressure gauges from the outside.
