The new Liebherr Litronic WMS II Rod Sensor P45-GD for precise water concept/moisture determination in liquids with pressure and temperature measurement. Running process monitoring of

  • Oil, crude oil, diesel, biodiesel, hardening oil
  • Coolants, Paints, lacquers, solvents
  • Wax, resin, emulsions, suspensions

in maritime industries, refineries, oil platforms, pipelines and chemical applications in Ex protected environments.

The modular rod sensor for installation in tanks and pipelines is available in various rod lengths and can be used up to 100 bar. Pressure sensor, sliding and interchangeable fittings are optional. In addition to pressure monitoring, temperature measurement in the process is also possible. The associated PC software "WIO" enables fast and exact calibration of the measuring sections.

In addition to their high precision and robustness, Liebherr measuring devices are characterised by their reproducibility. Once the system has been calibrated, further measuring points can be set up or devices renewed on this basis at any time without great effort.
